We are pleased to report that the building of the extension for additional storage to the hall has begun and we have loved watching the heavy machinery and builders at work. The children have enjoyed having blocks, toy bricks and Bob the Builder toys so they can copy and recreate the building work that has been taking place outside our window. Our new storage
The children have been learning all about Autumn and have created some fantastic autumnal pieces of art using the beautiful colours we find in the countryside during the autumn months. We have created a fabulous new display focusing on The Autumn Fairy poems. We have made some Autumn Fairies of our own and have taken copies of the poem home for our parents to
As part of our Woodland Creatures theme, we were visited by some beautiful owls. We were lucky enough to meet a Tawny Owl, 2 Barn Owls and a baby Barn Owl brought in to the setting by Becky Siddal.
The children have been learning about how plants grow. We have had great fun and incorporated lots of learning as you can see from the display board.
